Our strength

ABA PRIME is a construction company operating in Dubai. In our first six months, we have brought together a workforce of 60 people, our own equipment and a portfolio of current work spanning an owned residential development and subcontract packages.
Our focus is practical: understand the scope, put the right team in place and coordinate the work. We provide shuttering, steel fixing, masonry, finishing and structural works for developers and main contractors.

Our own Sibris Development project comprises G+6, 48 apartments, 43,000 sq ft gross floor area and 75,000 sq ft total built-up area. Alongside it, our teams are engaged in shuttering works for ATCON at The Central Downtown, Arjan and general construction support and site assistance at Eden Hills Villas.
That mix of development and subcontract work keeps us close to the decisions that shape a construction programme — from the first work fronts to coordination between trades.
