Information you share
The enquiry form collects your name, company if provided, email, phone number, requested service, originating page and project message. ABA PRIME construction l.l.c. s.o.c. uses this information to review and respond to your construction enquiry.
How enquiries are handled
Enquiries are stored in the website’s database and are not displayed publicly. We also use FormSubmit to forward enquiry details to our team’s email inbox. FormSubmit retains submission records for up to 30 days; our database and email copies are separate records. Short-lived counters derived from your network address and email help prevent automated submissions. They expire after ten minutes and are cleared during subsequent enquiry processing. We do not subscribe you to marketing messages. Please do not include identification documents, payment information or other sensitive information in your project message.
Analytics and advertising choices
If you choose Allow measurement, we load Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement. Analytics uses cookies to report site visits, pages viewed, engagement, referral sources, approximate locations and device types. We also measure clicks on phone, email and WhatsApp links and successfully saved enquiries. Advertising measurement can include ad click identifiers and a random enquiry reference. We do not send your form name, email, phone number or project message to Google, and we do not enable personalised advertising. Declining measurement does not affect your enquiry.
With your permission, campaign tags and click identifiers are kept for the current browser tab session and included with your enquiry in our database and notification email. Your measurement choice is stored on your device for up to 180 days. You can change it using Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. Declining stops subsequent Analytics and enquiry measurement; it does not remove records already collected.
Questions and correction requests
You can use the contact form to ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or ask for deletion. Include your previous enquiry reference when available.
