ABA PRIME provides superstructure shuttering and de-shuttering works for ATCON Constructions LLC at The Central Downtown in Arjan, Dubai. Our package covers areas D2, D3 and D4 at The Central Downtown, with a dedicated workforce of 30 people. It includes formwork carpentry and related material shifting, with work carried out to the approved project drawings and agreed site programme.

the structure.
Core walls & stairs
Formwork for core walls and stairs, together with round columns, across the agreed work fronts. The package includes elements from the second podium level to the roof, as defined in the approved drawings.
Roof & edge details
Formwork for pour strips, parapets, upstands and downstands, including the roof and elevation details shown in the approved drawings.
Carpentry & site coordination
Related carpentry fabrication and material shifting form part of the package. Work-area allocation follows site management approval, with execution coordinated against the consultant-approved specifications and DDA-approved drawings.
